Registered Manager: Joyce Banning

Joyce has over 15 years' experience in care of the elderly and has gained a passion for people living with dementia. Throughout her career Joyce has developed a personal ethos for dementia care and feels that people living with dementia, when given the right support and encouragement can still live life feeling valued and an important part of society. With her caring personality and positive attitude she is not only able to enhance the residents' wellbeing but also guides and supports people who work with her. Joyce believes that everyone is different but equal and therefore the main motto of Legra is person centred care. Since starting at Legra Residential Care Home she has made some positive changes and improvements which have greatly benefited residents and staff. Joyce has completed a long list of qualifications in care and has completed her Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

Deputy Manager: Justyna Sosnowska

Justyna has over 5 years of experience in care of the elderly. She chose to work in social care as she felt that the elderly were often excluded from being a valued part of the community and feels that she can make a difference to their lives. Justyna joined Legra in 2018 and has flourished in her abilities to guide and nurture residents and staff. She strongly believes in Legra's motto of person centred care and will go above and beyond to enhance people's lives as an individual. Justyna is currently undertaking her Level 5 in Health & Social care.

Senior & Care Assistants:

The home is resourced to provide for requisite numbers of senior staff and care assistants to meet the needs of the residents.

M. Azeem Raja: Proprietor

Azeem is the founding member of Top Care homes Limited and a number of other businesses that are accretive to the operations of Top Care Homes Limited and its activities. In his past career Azeem has held posts at senior management level in two international Financial Services companies. He holds positions of responsibility at director level in a healthcare business and is Managing Director of a property development company.

Mahboob Raja: Operations Manager

In the last 30 years Mahboob has built an impressive career in business. Before he came to Legra Residential, Mahboob was International Group President of a global healthcare company specialising in the development and sales of medical technology products. Prior to this Mahboob held posts within the MedTech industry in various management roles, building and leading management teams.
