• Senior Carer: Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, senior carers are responsible for planning, implementing and supervising the provision of quality care. Senior carers are also responsible for the administration of medicines. They ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality whilst their needs are tended to. They are involved in the general activities of the Care Home and maintain a safe and secure environment for Clients, Staff Members and Visitors.
• Care Assistants: Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2, working under the supervision of the senior staff, care assistants provide personal care to residents by providing practical help and support. They participate in formulating and delivering care plans and are involved in the general activities of the Care Home.
• Domestic: Domestic staff work to ensure a high degree of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the care home.
• Chef: The Chef is responsible for every aspect of the catering operation and provides a quality service to meet residents’ requirements. Combining excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage kitchen resources, the chef is adept at meeting diverse dietary needs. Relevant qualifications and experience are essential to fulfill this role.
